Snow Day...

As you can see, we finally got snow in Tennessee! Not much, but enough to enjoy! It flurried for days and days...which is really rare around these parts...especially this hole/valley known as Murfreesboro. It was so pretty! Caleb was napping or he would have taken part in the action!

A BIG Christmas

A man's blankie!!! (John Deere Tractor)

Where is Baker?

The Fam

Christmas at Nanny's

My little monkeys!

Christmas was very big and exciting this year! Baker loved tearing into his presents....however, I have learned that one or two big presents will suffice. He was a little overwhelmed...which in turn made Mommy a little on edge! Needless to say, we are all very blessed, not only with many material blessings, but with a wonderful family! These were just a few shots I wanted to share out of about 100.

Fun Times...

Caleb and Baker with their Great Grandmother Teck
Thanksgiving '09

Bath Time is so much fun now that Baker has someone to dump water on the whole time!!! (Yes....Baker's hair is ridiculously long!)

Just one reason you should never leave your child unattended in a bouncy chair.....on the kitchen table!!!!

What October was like for us....

October, in a nut shell, has been INSANE!!!! We have literally been busy every single weekend....so much so that I made the mistake of "thinking" to myself...."I can't believe I haven't gotten sick yet. I always get sick when I get run down." And yes....I am just recovering from strep throat. I made it to the first weekend in November. It really was only a matter of time. While October has been hectic, it has probably been one of the most fun months of my life. I have gotten to spend each weekend with a different set of our very best friends. From high school friends to college to church friends to family....it doesn't get much better than that. Here is a quick look into our world....

My high school reunion was a blast. I have been very blessed with seeing my friends over the past ten years, however, it was great to spend time with all of them at the same time. I think we should have our own reunion every couple of years.

THOMAS SHEDDAN GOT MARRIED!!! Could there be a better reason to celebrate! Little Moser! We spent a wonderful, memorable weekend in Memphis with some of our closest, favorite friends. Visiting with them makes me remember all the fun we used to have. I wish they were daily in our lives, but am thankful they are simply in our lives!!!

It is very rare to have friends in your life that truly know you inside and out. These girls were my joys, tears, laughs....my everything. They made me who I am today. I was so happy to get to spend Brandy's 30th birthday with all of them!

The Stewart cousins are my only first cousins. I remember growing up thinking how cool we all were. And now that I am grown up....we are still pretty darn cool. I love our uniqueness and yet the real similarities that we all display. We celebrated cousin Bill's wedding in the Blue Ridge Mtns at the Toccoa River.....could it be any more fitting?!

Halloween was a blast. Josh and I went as Al and Peg Bundy. Our community group at church had a Murder Mystery Party. I am NOT an actress by any means....and am very uncomfortable when I am in those situations. However, I found my role as the sassy, "forward" secretary who was having an affair with her dead boss and did not like all the other "young" actresses very easy to play. Not sure that that is a good thing! It was fun! We spent Halloween night with my family, trick or treating at Teck's. Baker loved answering the door! I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend Halloween.

Dancing and Jumping...

Dancing and jumping on the bed are daily activities in this household. Baker has always enjoyed music and I am seeing that more and more with Caleb. As someone who has always been passionate about music/lyrics/instruments, I hope to instill that in my children one day. As you can see, we always have to dance with both Baker and Caleb....and Baker always has to have Elmo, Big Bird, or Monkey dance too. Mommy's hands get rather full, but wouldn't trade these moments for the world. Caleb's smile and laugh melt my heart! (Oh and Josh just loves when I sing "Isn't HE lovely!" But it makes the kids laugh....I promise I won't sing it when they are older =) )..... And jumping on the bed.......well, boys will be boys. I figure if I can't stop them, I might as well join them!

Hasselhoff????

Baker's new thing is unzipping his pjs down and letting his chest hang out. It is absolutely hilarious!!!! I love the personality that my two year old displays! He makes me laugh on a regular basis!
